Placing an Order
Please use the Place an Order form on this website to provisionally place an order. I will then respond with approximately how long it will take to fulfill the order, and what the cost will be, including delivery if you are not able to collect. I will then ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the order.

Payment
The following methods of payment are acceptable:
* Direct funds transfer
* Paypal (but with a 3% surcharge to cover fees)
* Cash
* Cheque
Payment is not normally required until the order is ready to be collected or delivered. Prices are not subject to VAT.

Collection/Delivery
If you are able to collect, please do so. Otherwise I will do my best to arrange a suitable postage or delivery option.

I regret I no longer provide overseas delivery of keyboard stacks,pedalboards or benches. Collection or UK delivery only.

Guarantee
Keyboard stacks and midified pedalboards have a 12 month guarantee period. This means that any fault will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not include transport costs which are the customer's responsibility.

If a product develops a fault outside of the guarantee period, I will do my best to repair it at a reasonable cost.
